I applied and was contacted for a phone screen within a few days, which seemed promising. However, after that, the process felt rushed and disorganized. I was scheduled for an interview within a week, but there was little communication or clarity about what to expect. Overall, the experience felt impersonal and left me with more questions than confidence in the process.
