I was contacted by a recruitment Agency about Sonar. They told me a little bit about the recruitment process (5 steps) and I accepted in knowing more about this company.
I had the best candidate experience ever, always being told what was happening, what to expect in each step and how to prepare for the interviews.
The feedback was always honest, transparent and constructive and allowed me to move forward step by step.

They will be interested in knowing you, why are you interested in the company, how have you been managing your different working experiences.
There is also a hands-on exercise, like a business case, where you can show how you have managed recruitments in the past.
