Several interviews and preparation of a case. Very little feedback after last interview, disappointing given the amount of effort they expect you to put in. The people came across as a little arrogant and self-sufficient. Probably the work culture is not as good as they say.

4 step process, really strange the sequence: start with CTO -> Shareholder -> Team -> HR and it is even stranger that HR (that should be the first interviewer) fire the candidates because they didn't identify during the conversation the ability to fail with the group...
