Sonar has a very long and tiring interview process. I had 5 rounds including technical, HR and CEO round which took more than 2 months. I had a wonderful experience with the team, but I made my mind when I had discussion with the CEO. I found him to be a rude, egoistic, self centered man. In interview the process they conduct a 1.5 hr People and Culture round, where they basically judge our behaviour and response. I think that their CEO should first learn how to behave before judging us on these aspects. Also whenever I used to ask HR any question regarding leaves, salary, etc. they told me to ask the same to the CEO and this was a final red flag for me. How would the company be able to grow if the CEO is doing this much micromanagement. Finally I received the offer and I declined it. I would strongly recommend the readers to not waste time interviewing with this company especially for Geneva office, it is just a waste of time.
