Long tedious process consisting on multiple phases of technical tests, followed by the weirdest HR interview (which should not be placed this late on the process so nobody loses time), which sounded more like a therapy session where they assume things from you and challenge you without properly listening to what you just mentioned as answers to their questions. The person from this company called Arcom lacked professionalism. Basically a cumbersome expensive process (time wise) for them to reject you based on what a non-native English speaker understands and writes down about you. Their motto is "there are no wrong answers", but there are, and looking at how they filter people according to this, I wish you good luck into hiring, as you will need a long time to fill up the positions with good candidates. I highly recommend Sonar to change their HR hiring techniques, this is bad for you as a company and awful for candidates.
