Nice enough people, but it is clear there are major communication and organizational issues within the company.
After completing all 6 interviews, I was never given so much as a salary range for the position. I had been told by HR that salary would be discussed on the final interview. However, during that call I was told by the CEO "that's above my pay grade" when I asked about compensation. I nearly burst out laughing, and not because the joke was funny.
After days of radio silence following the last interview, I was told the team decided the role needed to be based in their London Hub instead of Austin and no relocation would be provided. The total lack of transparency from this situation and blatant disregard for a candidate's time was extremely telling, and I hope those who decide to go through this process are cautious with the amount of effort they invest here.
