      UX Designer Interview

      Jan 4, 2025
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Geneva
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

      I interviewed at Sonar (Geneva)

      Interview

HR reached out to propose a job. Then the hr organized a meeting with the hiring manager on a bank holiday day - so the hiring manager didn’t show up. The interview was rescheduled after 3 weeks and later postponed by another week by the hiring manager. I completed a test which could have been misinterpreted because of some bias in the questions which were depending on the context but it wasn’t given. The interview with the hiring manager went well so I was invited on an on-site interview at the office. The hiring manager didn’t show up and the interview was run by other 2 designers (one at the office and one remote: so what’s the point of scheduling an in-person meeting?!). All went well.
