I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sonar
Interview
Unfortunately almost nothing was shared about what the job entails and what makes it an interesting opportunity. The technical interviewers did not come up with skill assessment questions adequate for the level of the role. Instead they resorted mainly to undergraduate computer science questions. The general vibe was that candidates are probably lying about their qualifications on their resumes, and therefore need to be interrogated about the absolute basics. The interviewers stuck to their ineffective script at all cost. I dropped out, because either not understanding a resume, or refusing to take any of it at face value is a red flag.
