HR rep from San Fran was good with communication, however, was very disconnected from what the operations and expansion team were looking for. While the HR rep was bullish and encouraging to me the entire way, as was the initial interviewer, things took a weird turn for the worse after the third interview. You will be asked to complete a 4 hour project - don't do this before meeting with everybody, it will be a waste of time and giving away free potentially helpful tactics to SONDER. After I completed this both interviewers were still bullish. For the 3rd interview I was to meet three local associates at a hotel. 5 minutes before the meeting I got a call saying they'd be 10-15 minutes late. They showed up over 20 minutes late. No problem I just waited in the lobby and did some work on my laptop. They were coming from a deal that went sideways and were all in a bad mood, not a good time for an interview - ohh and even better they chose a loud desk right next to a noisy hotel lobby. Interview style was quick and fast questions. Not difficult, except for the environment and overcoming their mood.
Afterwards no feedback or follow up was promptly given. After I pushed for closure the HR rep spoke to me and seemed dumbfounded why I wasn't a good fit.
