Started with a quick phone interview. Followed up with another phone interview and submitted a case study test to complete. The case study will take at least half a day to complete so prepare accordingly. This position has come up multiple times and I highly believe they are fishing for answers to their operational issues like most tech companies. The case study is highly relevant to pulling ideas for their operations rather than experienced based applications to their business strategy or operational requirements. You might as well let them know how you would build their business for them, costing analysis, scaling, operations management and staffing requirements.
