Or do you assume that no news is good news? 9) After going through a previous revision session, as well as a training session, one of your employees has now made the same mistake twice. What was the result? 11) You run into a guest on property and ask them about their trip so far. The guest’s main grievance is that they have called the guest experience line 4 times, and have yet to reach a manager, despite asking to speak with one repeatedly. Name a moment where you had to face adversity

The majority of their questions were about general knowledge of their company - all they wanted to know was why you loved them so much that you wanted to work there. That and ensuring you had an ivy league background were the two factors they cared most about.
