Talked with hiring manager, got a 4-hour timed take-home case. After submitting it, I didn't hear back for almost a month, at which point I asked the hiring manager for updates/next steps. He replied that they weren't interested in proceeding - no problem, but it would have been good to know as soon as they decided. I asked if hiring manager might share feedback, but didn't get any reply.

Did really well through interviews all the way to Top leadership. Got a rejection phone call right after with absolutely no negative feedback. Beware, these people are giving you take home projects to get your buy in strategy for real time growing pain challenges. It works like free consulting!!!
