This company's data team is having some ugly politics going on, stay away and do not apply. Even though I have done well in the entire interview process, worked out all the challenges and questions, they turn me down with some completely irrelevant reasons. The real reason they never share is their current team, especially their data team's leadership, if they feel the candidates can potentially threaten their seniority level and become their internal competitors, they will reject such candidates. I have reliable sources of information to know this is what's going on inside the team. Such a kind of politics can only hurt the team and causing they hire worse and worse people, a big problem their upper management need to deal with.
