My point of this review is that the recruiters or the company in general have a lack of follow through skills. I had my interview over the phone and we had the next one scheduled with a manager. I had some questions so I emailed the recruiter I spoke with and had to email her again and she finally responded and she also stated that manager wasn’t available at the time and asked about other days that worked for me ... I responded and had to follow up and never heard from her again until yesterday when I got a generic company email that the position was filled. I just think it’s so unbelievably rude and I wouldn’t even want to work for someone like that. It’s bad business especially for a newer company. I thought highly of them before and now it’s just disappointing. All she had to do was take 1 min and tell me they went another direction. It’s not like I just applied like 100 other people... I was in direct contact with a recruiter and had another interview scheduled with me then they just fell off the map.
