I had a total of 4 interviews. The first one was a call with the recruiter. For the second interview I was waiting for 30 min and no one showed up, I contacted the recruiter and she told me something urgent came up and they rescheduled. During the interview the interviewer was unprofessional and she confused me with other candidate that was a recommendation. Then they send a business case which takes approximately 4 days to complete, in which they request you to share your ideas and develop a plan. I had the last interview which went well after three weeks with no answer I contacted the recruiter just so they could confirm if other candidate was selected, they never responded back. You invest a lot of time and you don’t even get a generic rejection email.

Phone interview with Livia for a position in Montreal. Invited to interview in person with a Senior Operations Manager, who cancelled a couple times. Then the recruiter ghosted me. Unprofessional!
