Wanted to reach out because this seems like a reoccurring theme with Sonder recruiters. Initially set a phone interview then received an email about how well I did and that they would like to schedule a second interview. I little later, the recruiter reached out about the mistake. Had the phone interview scheduled a few days later and was completely ghosted. Emailed the recruiter several hours later, and she said that she emailed my that she was out sick. Four hours after the scheduled interview. I never responded. Looks like Sonder needs to address the quality of their recruiters.
