Sent my CV, got called by a HR person based in America and got told about the role. On the same day, I was scheduled a call with the CGS Manager, who asked me about my previous experience, and why I thought I was good for the role. The chat was very friendly, and I didn't feel I was being interviewed at all, which is always nice during an interview.
