-Screening call -Interview with the Hiring Manager -Sent "challenge" assignment that's way too long and should be illegal for free labor. -HR requests a call at the end of the day just to tell me they're not moving forward and no additional feedback. An email would have been just fine. Waste of time you should avoid applying until they change the hiring process.

1. Phone call with the recruiter --> Next round, took two weeks 2. Zoom Call (30 min) - Team Lead --> Had to ask for feedback and took two weeks to move on to the next interview 3. Zoom Call (30 min) - Colleague --> Had to ask for feedback and it took one week to next interview 4. Zoom Call (30) - Team lead / Financial Manager --> Had to ask for feedback and took two weeks to move on to the next interview 5. Challenge 48 h --> They told me it is going to take 2 days to give me feedback, after three weeks I still didn't heard back from them --> No answer after the challenge, not even an email which says thank you for your time. Asked again and they didn't answer. Disrespectful way to treat applicants.
