Interview
Went through several rounds but then the hiring manager ended up getting cut due to layoffs.
HR screen, followed by a panel screen. Seemed like folks were confused on the mission of the org.
I spoke with 3 different leveled managers, no take home test.
Everyone was very nice.
The interview was not easy or hard.
The final round was in office, where I met my future manager.
Multiple interviews, both video & phone, including a strategy assessment. Lack of follow up from the recruiters after numerous attempts to reach out on next steps or if the company had gone a different direction.
