Lengthy, unprofessional, disjointed mess. Unprofessional, inexperienced people and recruitment practices that speak volumes about the company and how they value their employees and potential employees. No regard for time, no concern with follow-up.

Good luck getting anyone to call you back. I made it all the way through a month long process for and entry level customer service position and I only got that far because I continuously followed up with recruiting. Sorry, but I went to college, am skilled and my time is valuable. Their loss!
