Sonder Senior Data Analyst interview questions

I interviewed for this position in October 2024 and it felt like it may not have been truly available. The process included an HR screen, a hiring manager interview, and a reasonable take-home assignment. I advanced to the final stage, where I presented the results of the assignment, but I did not receive an offer. While the interviews and assignment were fair and well-structured, I noticed that the job posting was repeatedly reposted after my interview, which gave the impression that filling the role might not have been a high priority. Overall, the process was professional, but it left me questioning whether the company was fully committed to hiring for this role at the time.
