Interview
Three tiered interview process with immediate manager, then supervisor or another department manager, then finally with the general manager. Its very corporate and does not have a sense of personalized individual questions. It a very generic book read process. The company does have a personality test that you must past to make sure you can conform to their ideas. So Sad
