I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Sonic (Tamarac, FL) in May 2015

Interview

I went in on a Thursday to ask for an application, and the assistant manager said the hiring manager was doing open interviews that Saturday if I wanted to go. On Saturday, I didn't even sit down with the guy for 5 minutes. He looked at my availability, asked me if I could skate (and watched me skate a little to see if I was lying) then gave me a job on the spot.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Sonic (Anderson, SC) in Aug 2013

Interview

They asked about my availability and a few other simple questions. I waited for about 15 minutes for the manager to interview me. He apologized about being late and I was courteous to him about it. He hired me on the spot after the interview was over. The staff were very rude to me and the management was very poor. It's not like that at every Sonic, though.

Interview

I got called for an interview today (May) and I applied last month (April). Interview was extremely easy, she asked me questions off a paper it looked like a quiz lol. Basically it was yes or no questions.
