It was pretty relaxed for me but that may have just been because I lived in a small town and the manager was always friendly. Just show your personality and be sure to communicate effectively.

Asked about previous employert and when I could start and when I was available. I told him I could start immediately. I got my uniform. Went in the following day to watch a 2 hour training video and took a quick quiz over the video I watched ad state my shift the following day after that. super simple
