I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sonic (Sylva, NC) in Mar 2013

Interview

I applied in person, and was called back about 3-4 weeks later for an interview. The interview took a total of 10 minutes: I wasn't really asked any of the "usual" interview questions, the hiring manager just took the time to get to know me. I was hired on the spot and started training about a week later.
