TLDR: They suck and the interviewer should have been in a therapy session, not an interview. This was the worst interview experience ever. I side-eyed them from day 1 because when I applied, the automatic email I received wasn't even correct. The last paragraphs reads "Thank you again for considering [not available] ." They rejected me 6 days after applying, then called me out of nowhere almost a month later for a recruiter screening. The recruiter did not give me the opportunity to ask any questions, but did pass me on for an interview which she scheduled in Greenwich time 🤦🏼when both me and the manager are in Eastern time. I logged into the meeting and the interviewer never turned on her camera. She only asked me maybe 2 or 3 questions and spent the rest of the time talking about how EXTREMELY BUSY, VERY BUSY, SUPER BUSY they are all the time. I never heard back and I didn't expect to. Even if they offered me a job, I'd QUICKLY decline.
