I applied online. I few weeks later I was called to schedule an interview for the following week. When I arrived I spoke to someone through the intercom who buzzed me in and advised me to sign the sign in log. From the sign in log I could see that 3 other people also signed in earlier that day (possibly other interviewees). I was greeted by both of my interviewers and walked to the interview room. They first spoke about the position at hand and the associated responsibilities. They also spoke briefly about what they do in Dublin as they are a global company. They asked typical HR questions which they had prepared and when I answered them they would take notes.
