Interview
Walk in to fill out a form, and W-2, then receive a number and they teach you how to punch in. Then you wash your hands and start cooking. There is nothing else but I must write 30 words to continue.
Easy, short, straightforward and simple. Wasn’t asked too many questions, the hiring manager explained everything pretty clearly and throughly. It’s basic stuff, put meat on grill and set timer. Drop fried foods in the fryer and set timer.
Simple and quick interview process. More concerned with reliability rather than experience. Maybe asked 5 questions max. Not so much concerned with personal appearance as long as you have good personal hygiene.
