The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Sonic (Murrieta, CA) in Jun 2012
Interview
I thought that the whole interview process went great. I applied to the company online through Snagajob and about a week later, someone from HR contacted me and I set up an interview. After that I went to the restaurant for my interview. There were two on the first day. The first one was basically an orientation and the second, was a 1 on 1 with a manager. Then I was told to come back in a few days later for my third interview, which was another 1 on 1. Then after that, I got hired and signed my paperwork the next day. Started right away!
