I didn't have an interview. I was just given the job because I knew someone who worked there. Other interviews I saw were a manager would speak to the potential employee in a 1 on 1 format
Quick but reasonable to approach. Asked interesting questions. Short process. Yes/no questions. Met with multiple people and did a panel interview. Asked a lot about my professional experience in the field.
