Walk in and filled out the application. Other employees and general manager was friendly enough. The best time to get hired is anytime between February and July during the summer months. I got a call back the same day for an interview the following day. Due to my extensive foodservice background, I was hired on the spot.

They just make sure you can do basic math. You also have to take some basic tests on the computer, but you can fail as many times as you have to. You also have to appear "friendly". Oh yeah, if you're ugly and/or overweight, you probably won't get the job and if you do, it'll be in a back for a food prepper or cook or something.
The process was a very simple and friendly interview. Very professional for a fast food chain. Would recommend for a high school student or a recent graduate looking to start making money.
Quick and simple. Simply apply online for the location you want to work in. When they are hiring, they call you back rather quick. Go for the interview and it's easy.
