Interview process is very disorganized and contained 4+ interviews. They have cultural and technical interviews. Some candidates have to pass a test. Others must fill out questionairres. Don't be disappointed if you interview with a VP and they have never seen your resume and don't know anything about you. I was called and emailed that I should "expect an offer this afternoon" 3 times. This dragged on for 30 days until I was informed that they canceled the process with 5 candidates. I feel that there may be some disconnect with upper management and the process may be broken.
