I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sonic (Lebanon, MO) in May 2013
Interview
Invited me to sonic and sat me out in the front of the lot where everyone could see me. Then a lady came out and wasn't dressed professionally at all. She sat down and acted more nervous than I was. Didn't seem very professional to me, but i guess that's what you can expect out of a sonic. She pretty much offered me the job right there and I think i began my training that day, in my normal attire, which really aggravated me.
Quick and Easy process to get hired quick phone call then an in person interview that was basically Paperwork review them began next day couldnt have asked for an easier process to complete
I was brought into the dining area where I sat down with the current manager. We went through my resume together and I was asked some very basic questions, mostly pertaining to my availability. At the end of the interview I was offered the position and taken into a different part of the building to pick out some shirts.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sonic (Sweeny, TX)
Interview
It was a pretty standard interview process. Just me and the manager. Very few questions were asked. After the interview concluded I was hired on the spot after speaking to the manager Tommy S.
