There was a video interview to do at home and then an assessment centre.
Sony Europe is not a professional company. I was supposed to have an answer within one or two weeks after the assessment centre. I have finally got none so I had to sent several emails and contact HRs on LinkedIn to have a reply eventually.
I am really upset to discover that they went on holidays without even coming back to me before. I guess they only candidates who they gave an answer were those with who they were going to move forward. It is such a lack of respect for all the money (£150 for one night at the hotel for instance, train, books), preparation and time I spent on their recrutement process. I was relatively lucky because I live in London but I can't even imagine the feeling of the other candidates who came from abroad just for the assessment centre and being rejected too without having an update.
I just wanted a feedback at least in order to understand where I failed and what I can do to improve myself. The HR who finally contacted me told me she was going in holidays too but she will give me a feedback once she will return (basically 2 weeks after).
