1 phone interview with a recuriter then 3 one to one interviews - with my imediate boss and their boss. General questions on experience and knowledge. Quite a relaxed atmosphere - did not feel intimitated. No formal tests or presentations.
They expected me to do most of the talking so you must be prepared with alot of questions and try to start a conversions rather than complete questions and answer session.

fair, aber auch herausfordernder Umgang mit dem Bewerber. Tendenziell starke Konzern Patina mit traditionellem Arbeitnehmer-Verständnis und starrem Aufgabenbeschreibungen. Aber insgesamt interessanter Konzern und Markt mit spannenden Tätigkeiten, der seine MA fair entlohnt und auch fördert.

After recruiter phone screen did phone interview with hiring manager then an in person with the hiring manager and the sales team. Very fast and easy interview as they urgently needed to fill the position which had been open for months.
