Initially, I was approached by Recruiting Coordinator with a simple questionnaire. 3 Rounds: - Peer interview: interviewed by senior managers who work in the same position/have the same scope - behavioral-based interview - Hiring manager + panel interviews - behavioral-based interview - VP interview: motivation/behavioral-based interview Pros: - The hiring team is supportive and super friendly to chat with. - Clear scope of work. Cons: - The main recruiter was not responsive and consistent. I was approached by 3 different people for different steps along the process. - Benefits information was not provided.
