Recruiting team reached out for an initial phone screen about a month after I applied online. Following the phone screen, the recruiter scheduled an interview with the hiring manager, then an interview with a peer on the team, then a panel interview with five employees across teams. This process took about a month, and I ultimately never heard back after the panel. I'm sure the recruiting team is busy, but not receiving the courtesy of a communicated rejection after spending so much time in the process left a sour taste.
