Interview
Phone interview with HR/Recrutier then meet with Branch manager. It usually happens pretty quickly and is fairly laid back. Very friendly people over the phone and in person. Made the process comforting.

Applied online was sent a rejection email within hours despite being more than adequately qualified for an interview. Impersonal as well as unprofessional in their recruiting process. Did not feel as though they took any time to read my resume or cover letter.
