I was given a (very long) editing test where I was given half a book to read and a chapter to edit and a questionnaire about my work habits and experience then had a Skype interview with 3 different people. I knew it was a bad sign when they told me I would be talking to 4 people but the HR person didn't show. I followed up but simply never heard from them again, which was incredibly rude but sadly not surprising these days.

Before you talk to anyone outside of HR, you have to complete a personality test. Then you have a phone screen and then some interviews with various editors in the department. Good conversations all around. Laid back and positive. Next steps were unclear at the end of each interview though.
Interview with HR, then in-person interview with 3-4 employees. Ask you basic scenario questions and try to get a feel for your personality. Keeping with the culture is very important to them-- they want to know you're a go-getter that can take on a lot at once. Prove that you're an overachiever.
