After an initial phone call screening, I was invited into the branch I was applying for and met with the Branch Manager. The Personal Banker position at First Federal was basically a Teller at any other financial institution. I was coming from a previous position as an actual Banker, so ended up talking about best practices I would recommend, even though the discussion went well above and beyond my role in the position I was interviewing for. I was essentially promised the position at the end of the interview and scheduled for a background check.
