Question 1
Describe a time you made a mistake, and explain how you fixed it.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Southern Company in Feb 2025
Interview
I applied through a school career fair and it was fairly easy. I got an onsite interview the next day after they flagged my resume into a separate pile. After that, I was emailed the job listing about 3 weeks later. After this interview, it was already final round. Each interview is panel style with STAR like behavioral questions. No technical questions at all. Overall very easy, simple interviews. The only con is having to wait. I received my offer about 1 week after the final round.
