Southern Company IT Analyst-Applications interview questions

Filled out the application online. I received a phone call to schedule a phone interview about a month later. My phone interview went very well and was mostly behavioral questions along with your abilities in IT. After my phone interview, I received a call later that evening to schedule a face to face interview the following week. The face to face interview was a panel interview, and everybody was very kind and made you feel comfortable during the process. Again it was behavioral questions and past circumstance questions. My face to face interview was a success and I received an offer the following week. My best advice would be to study up on whatever you plan on applying for just to be ready and make great conversation. They are not going to try to single you out and make you feel like your knowledge is worth nothing. Good Luck
