I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Southern Company (Baxley, GA) in Jun 2015

Interview

Phone screen, then one strictly corporate interview. Easy, formulaic. 3 person panel with generic questions about work ethic and resume. Interviewers are not allowed to deviate from script. Total time is about 30 minutes and low key. Then sit tight and wait months because it takes for ever for them to get around to making an interview then another month to get the NRC background check complete
