Southern Company Protection and Control Applications Engineer interview questions

Applied online and received a callback approximately one month later from a talent acquisition representative. The initial phone screen was approximately 6 minutes and included three questions about my engineering background, relay protection experience, and why I was interested in protection and controls engineering. The following day I received an email inviting me to a final virtual interview on Microsoft Teams with the P&C Applications supervisor. Very professional and responsive process.
