Interview
The process was a bit convoluted and communication was all over the place regarding scheduling. Sometimes the recruiter would answer me immediately for a general range of availability and then would go days before I had to reach out to narrow down interview times; I can’t put my life on hold forever to be available whenever you get around to it. Anyways it began with a telephone screening and then a virtual meeting. I made it to the last round of in person interviews, but communication finally broke down and I removed myself from consideration.
Also, I feel like this company is asking for a lot. I’ve interviewed at much more prestigious places and have never been asked for a minimum of five references. Three max but generally two. And then in the middle of the process they wanted to throw in one of those personality Pseudoscience quizzes.
