I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Southern Veterinary Partners in Jun 2024
Interview
The interview's moved fairly quickly. The same day I submitted my application, I was offered a phone interview. Within hours of completing the phone interview, I was offered a virtual interview with the next group of people, etc.
Getting the 3rd interview did take a while. A week after the virtual interview I reached out about my status, and was contacted two business days later to set up the 3rd interview.
Then, true to their word ("In a few days" they'd reach out), I got the formal rejection letter.
However the weird thing about it was that I thought I was applying to be the Hospital Manager of an existing clinic. It wasn't until the second interview when the interviewer realized I wasn't told that the position was for a new-build clinic that hadn't been finished yet, and was in a different location.
