Applied for the position for the Chicago location on April 1st. Received and email and submitted requested Background/History information via online form. Received a phone call the same day on 6/14 and had telephone interview. The phone interview included detailed information about the position, interview and and training. A few questions were asked about my background and my knowledge of the position and how I would fit in based on customer service related questions. I will update you if I get a call back.
