The process was long but worth it.
Applied last spring. Received a few emails through out the year telling me to be patient.
I did a phone interview at the end of June. Head back the first week of August that they wanted to see me in Dallas.
Flew down the night before and prepped. The morning of I had a small group interviewing. It was 3 to 1. They ladies were extremely kind and relaxed. I loved the process.
I left HQ being told it would take 2-4 weeks to hear anything.
They called me the next afternoon and offered me a position. I'm beyond excited!
Application, ODVI, F2F. All pretty straightforward, emphasize safety and customer service. If they like you, youll get moved onto F2F round. Practice STAR Method and be comfortable talking in front of a camera

Interview
The in person interview was a wonderful experience to me. I’ve interviewed with Delta and American for flight attendant and I can honestly say, I didn’t feel at ease with them like I did with Southwest. Because of this, I was able to relax. They made me feel like I was talking to a friend or family member. I felt very comfortable.

The interview was on zoom in 2022. It was with a recruiter and flight attendant. They were very nice and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. The whole interview took around 30 minutes.
