      I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2016

      Interview

      I applied online through the Southwest Airlines website. I got a call a few months later. First a phone interview of 15 minutes. I got a call a week later asking me to come for an in-person interview at the headquarters which was for 30-45 minutes. I got the offer a week after the in-person interview.
