      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines in Oct 2018

      Interview

Applied online. Received a phone call from a Southwest Airlines recruiter, discussed position, told to expect a phone interview within a few days. Phone interview went well, recruiter was very friendly, invited to a face to face interview. Southwest emailed a contingency offer that evening, the same day as the interview. Was called a couple days later by a southwest employment coordinator to start drug, fingerprint, background etc. Very organized and seamless interview process. My recruiter and recruiting coordinator were awesome during the whole process!

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Sep 2016

      Interview

Recently Apply at Southwest Airlines in Fort Lauderdale, Fl. My process was : 1- Application Received 2-Schedule Phone Interview 3- Good Phone Interview around 30 minutes, 75% of questions about past jobs and the others of different scenarios in South West Airlines. All good 4- After a week, receive a call that they want to proceed with the F2F Interview. 5- Received an Email with F2F Interview info, date, what to bring, etc. 6- Job Interview done, around 40 minutes, very fluent and nice interview, double check almost all of phone interviews plus some extra scenarios, also what to expect on a darlo basis job time, etc, very nice interview by Manager and also a Ramp Agent Supervisor. All was good, they told me they will call me in one week to let me know. But, 8 days later I received an Email from 3rd company who makes background check to ask me for some info missing. I fax what they request me and they told me that they received and that they pass all my info to SW Management for consideration. Since that, don't know what's next ? what's going to happen ? Etc If somebody can give any tips, advice will be grateful Thank You !
